Colin RoeColin Roe - Managing Director

Colin has been the Managing Director of LET it since 2009. Originally employed by the firm in July 1999 as Branch manager for their Glasgow branch his enthusiasm for the rented sector and desire for success saw the branch grow considerably from a small portfolio of 25 to over 300 by the autumn of 2005. Colin previously spent 9 years working in the property management sector for one of Scotland's largest property factors which he freely admits provided an invaluable understanding in property maintenance which could be adapted in the private rented sector. Colin is a Fellow of A.R.L.A (Association of Residential Letting Agents).

Sheila DonnellySheila Donnelly – Regional Manager

Sheila has been working with LET it since 1997 and is the longest serving staff member. Previously Sheila worked with a large stock broking firm in the City. She is also a Fellow of A.R.L.A. A true people person, Sheila is the heart and soul of the company and keeps us all calm in the sometime stressful moments of managing property! Sheila is a very creative person and loves making personalised gifts for her friends and family.

Chris is one the longest serving staff members having started his career with LET it whilst still studying for his university degree in music at Strathclyde University in 2002. Chris began work part time as a viewings agent before commencing full time in 2005. His role developed over the years until he was appointed the companies New Business Development Manager in 2009. His passion for property and delivering an honest service has kept him as an integral part of the company’s success. In his spare time he loves following Motorsport and spending time with his family.

Alistair McnicolAlistair McNicol – Senior Lettings Administrator - Glasgow branch

Alistair has worked with LET it since 2002 and is one of the most experienced members of staff in all matters regarding Lettings and Property management. Alistair has achieved Level 2 ARLA qualification and is currently senior administrator within the Glasgow Branch. This role involves him overseeing the tenancy applications, the move-in process with our tenants, and general administration. Previously, Alistair has plenty of customer facing experience in previous challenging roles. In his spare time, he loves making cakes and going walks with his dog with the family!

Cheryl has worked in the Paisley Branch since 2007 and previously worked with Barrhead travel helping holiday makers find the perfect break away. Now, she helps secure tenants their perfect home! Cheryl likes dining out and the outdoors.

 

 

Finlay DunsmoreFinlay Dunsmore - Credit Controller

Finlay has been working with the company since 2007. Finlay previously worked in retail management with Birthdays gifts and has the ominous task of pursuing tenants for rent every month!! We don’t envy his job. He is passionate about the outdoors and music, and follows many traditional Scottish bands.

Lynn has just recently joined the team from TMDLet as a result of our recent acquisition. She previously worked under TMD Let for 19 years.

 

 

Sandra RooneySandra Rooney – Lettings Administrator, Paisley

Sandra has just recently joined the team from TMDLet as a result of our acquisition. She previously worked under TMD for 19 years.

 

 

Amanda SmillieAmanda Smillie – Inventory Clerk, Paisley

Amanda has been with the firm since 2014 and her role encompasses…. Her previous roles include similarly fast-paced customer service roles including in a national health and fitness retailer. She loves the varied nature and the need to be organised in such a demanding role. She loves socialising in her spare time, spending time with her family and is keen on the odd glass of wine.

 

 

Charlene McShaneCharlene McShane – Inventory Clerk, Glasgow

Charlene has been with the firm since October 2014. She is suited to the role as she is someone of high energy and great attention to detail and time management - crucial in this role. She loves to socialise and hillwalking. Her secret passion is collecting tea sets, but she made me promise not to tell anyone that! She has a wicked sense of humour and this helps all her colleagues get their mojo back during a tough day!

 

 

Sharon WeatherheadSharon Weatherhead, Lettings Administrator, Glasgow

Sharon has been with the firm since September 2014. Sharon deals with the day to day inquires within the Glasgow branch and enjoys running her spare time.

 

 

Brodie McGregorBrodie McGregor – Repairs Administrator

Brodie has been working on the repairs desk since 2014. He holds a BSc from Glasgow Caledonian University, a BA, a Master’s degree, and a PhD from the University of Edinburgh. Having previously worked in the construction industry and in youth work, he possesses a blend of good people skills and knowledge about repairs that make him a crucial member of the team. He is also a rugby coach and loves following the Glasgow Warriors.

 

 

Lorraine CarmichaelLorraine Carmichael – Lettings Administrator, Paisley

Lorraine has been with the firm since August 2012, and works alongside Cheryl on front desk. In her spare time, Lorraine loves spending time with her three kids, and going to museums, parks, and the cinema at the weekend. Previously, she worked for Nationwide and the council in debt recovery in a residential property setting. She is also an avid Andy Murray fan and says he’d better win Wimbledon this year!
